John R. Mayhew is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator with more than 30 years of experience in negotiation, communication, and relationship management-skills that are fundamental to successful mediation.  Known for his thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach, Mr. Mayhew excels at identifying creative alternatives and fostering a professional, comfortable environment where parties can openly exchange ideas and work toward mutually agreeable resolutions.

Mr. Mayhew is the Founder and CEO of Mayhew Mediations and is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil, County Civil, and Appellate Mediator, with a particular focus on disputes involving the real estate industry.

With more than three decades of experience in real estate, Mr. Mayhew brings a broad range of business expertise and a practical understanding of the issues, concerns, motivations, and dynamics that often influence disputes.  His extensive industry experience provides him with a unique perspective on the complexities of real estate-related conflicts and enables him to approach each matter with insight, professionalism, and a commitment to achieving efficient and effective resolutions.

Outside of his professional practice, Mr. Mayhew enjoys a variety of outdoor and recreational activities, including kayaking, hiking, camping, bicycling, and golf, as well as reading.  He is married and enjoys spending time with his daughter, granddaughter, and beloved dachshund, Bella.
