John R. Mayhew is a highly qualified professional mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court.  With over 30 years of successful negotiation, communication, and listening skills that are essential in the mediation process, Mayhew is known for his ability to think outside the box and create a comfortable atmosphere that fosters the exchange of ideas between conflicting parties to reach an agreeable resolution.

Mr. Mayhew is the founder and CEO of Mayhew Mediations and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Civil Mediator, specifically cases related to the Real Estate industry.

With over three decades of experience in the Real Estate industry, Mr. Mayhew brings diverse business expertise and an acute understanding of the issues, concerns, and the personalities of the parties involved.  He has a deep understanding of the complexities of Real Estate disputes and is committed to resolving them in an efficient and effective manner.
